Welcome to the official website of Daddis Training
Centers! The first Daddis Training Center , known
as "Philly MMA", opened in 2000 and has
been providing instruction in the martial arts in the
Philadelphia, PA area with
exceptional results for members. In
2003, Daddis Training Centers opened it's second
academy in Cherry Hill, NJ, which provides the
same unprecedented success to it's members.
Due to the demand for our programs, we've recently added a third location in Medford, NJ.

Safety
We understand that not all of our clients are
training for a kickboxing match. Many just want to have
fun, learn self-defense skills and get in great shape at
the same time. That is why we cut no corners for your
safety. We pride ourselves for using the safest
equipment for using the latest, most progressive
teaching methods available. You will receive individual
help from our instructors as you master the basics and
on-going guidance as your skill level increases. Just because you may not
want to step in a cage and fight like an Ultimate
Fighter, doesn't mean you can't train like one! (Only those that have the desire to compete will be
allowed contact training and competition sparring.)
It would be easy to think that because we have
such a successful competition team that we don't teach
self-defense applicable for the self-defense.
That is dead wrong! Practical self-defense is
first and foremost. The arts we teach like
Muay Thai Kickboxing and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu were
designed for self-defense.
It is true that we have members competing in the
highest levels of competition, including Elite XC,
The UFC, The Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu World Championships and
"The Ultimate Fighter" TV Series. Many may
think that because our fighters compete at such high
levels, that we wouldn't have a beginner program that
would be right for them. This is not true!
We breed our competitors from the ground up! They
were beginners once as well. Nothing is more
important than having strong fundamentals that come
through the use of a sound beginner's curriculum. And that is exactly what we have created... A strong,
structured beginner's curriculum.

We teach what
works! Our Mixed Martial Arts program trains
you to be a "complete" martial artist. It is important
to be well versed in various martial arts. There is not

Let’s face it…The Ultimate Fighting Champions are

include cardiovascular conditioning, strength training

body. Our curriculum is designed to
condition you the same way these fighters condition
themselves. Our goal is not to be a body
builder, but rather to be in impeccable shape with the
same attributes that the fighters have. We help
you attain functional strength through the use of body
weight exercises, Kettlebell Training and through the
Martial Arts Curriculums themselves. Yoga poses are also incorporated into every martial arts
class we teach at our schools to increase flexibility,
improve breathing, decrease stress and prevent injuries.
The Evolution Of
The Martial Arts
The Martial Arts have evolved significantly over the
last 100 years. More so than in any other time in the
history of man kind. Partly, because as technology
advances and the world becomes smaller, different forms
of the martial arts have been tested and shared
throughout the world. And, as evolution dictates, only
the strong survive. So in the martial arts, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu,
Submission Wrestling, Muay Thai Kickboxing
and Boxing have survived and remain dominant.
Humans regarded "flight" as impossible just 100 years
ago, but evolution took it's course and comparable to
the advances in the automobile and the development in
aircraft, the martial arts have a similar story. The
science of hand to hand combat and martial arts runs
very much parallel to the advancement in human
technology. So, in a nut shell, we teach the latest and
greatest in the martial arts today!
